What is a good decoy message app? Prefer a decoy that doesnt show red flags in the app store. (apk)

So I am talking to someone going through a divorce. I need to find a decoy / hidden messaging app for her phone. I've looked at many that dont seem to do a good enough job.
I need something that I can hide make or disappear that does not through up big huge red flags in the app store. It does no good to have a calculator hide app when in the play store it's labeled as HIDE IT CALCULATOR PRO or what have you. Unless someone knows how to hide apps downloaded from the app store. Thanks for the help. I just need to be able to chat with her and keep up with her safely not looking for any features other than truly hidden and secure.

App store ... are you talking about an iPhone? In that case, you should be in iMore forums, our iPhone forum.

An Android phone? There are app renaming apps, like ApkRenamer. Just rename Messages to something like Virus Remover.
