Cache problem

Above is s video of my problem. So basically half my ram usy always being used up

I keep clearing my cache to find that immediately after the camera app is taking up 1gb of soave again, every time i clean it. I think its slowing my phone, it never used to do this.

Android, by design, is programmed to keep RAM full. It's more battery efficient and allows for quicker task switching.

Besides, clearing cache doesn't free up RAM. It'll free up storage space, but it'll be built up again as well.
