Something wrong with my phone? File manager? Or SD Card?

[Android Central Question]

I dont know what is happening but I'm about to cry from frustration! I was messing with folders in my file manager which I do quite often with no problem, but my one folder didn't work, and it created more. And then, upon trying to delete them it created more and more and I can NOT delete them, it just makes more! I cant move them either! (I have a Moto E4, and have never had this problem after having this kind of phone for many years, although this is the newer gold version which I just got in November.)

Welcome to Android Central! You need to give more details. What "one folder" are you talking about? What kind of messing around with folders are you talking about? Unless you're certain about a folder, it's not a good idea to mess around with it.
