How do I unsubscribe my dstv now account

I assume you mean DTVN? If so, just log into their site, tap the settings button on the top and select the Plan section. There you can select to modify your plan and set it to CANCEL. Now they ask you to do an additional chat with a sales rep to try to convince you to stay, but while buried in there, you can skip it (takes a couple extra clicks).
