Non paired BT connection problems

Maybe a strange question but I can't find a solution and it seems to be an android related app problem … ?

Al my normal Bluetooth equipment registered in android the normal way works always perfect.

Now I have a Zeblaze Vibe 3 Watch that connects with BT straight from the app Sports+(not registered in androids BT), this also works perfect. But when the phone activates the lock screen the connection gets broken. When I unlock the connection sometimes restores and sometimes I need to bind the watch again called Xwatch in the app.

So for some reason android shuts down the BT connection and I need to know how to prevent this. I already disabled it from power saving mode but that did nothing.

Is there an app to control the watch, go to Settings, Apps, the app for the watch, battery, allow background activity

Also, check your battery settings. Using extended modes will turn off the bt radio.
