Question Youtube issue

I'm not getting any recommended videos anymore. I used to get a notification of a new recommendation. What's going on?

Which phone do you have? I assume you've already checked the notification settings for the app, and that the phone isn't on any kind of Do Not Disturb setting??

Was it from a recent update to the app? Have you tried clearing the cache then Force stop the YouTube app?

Consider yourself lucky, the recommendations I get make me question my sanity. Like why would the algorithm think I would like this topic. Trust me, you don't want to know the topic. Not to mention this forum is family friendly

Yes I've checked. Have S25, only been happening recently.

Probably a recent update.

You can uninstall YouTube updates to the previous version and see if that helps.
