Cannot access data . bluetooth not responding

No sign of contact , as if there is no network.

What device do you have? What are you attempting to connect to? Is it showing the two devices as paired on your Bluetooth screen? Do you have other things connected to or attempting to connect to your Bluetooth when it is on, tile, smart devices, car, headphones, mouse, controller....?
