I bought 2 days before huawei mate 20 but the mobile data is not working,

Hello All

I bought 2 days before huawei mate 20 but the mobile data is not working,
I Rest the mobile, I chose the preferred network, I add APN but the issue is still the same.
Could any one will help me to solve that issue.
