Is com.vzw.apnlib risky and should I uninstall it?

Why is com.vzw.apnlib showing up as a PUA in my Norton acct.? Should I uninstall this app? Verizon is my carrier on my note 8.

I think you're better off uninstalling Norton. That suspect app is a legit Verizon app for communicating with their towers properly.
