How do i install system update over mobile data instead of wifi?

Updated data update is available but insists on wifi connection that I don't have

Either download an update file and install it manually, if your phone manufacturer gives you that option (some do, some don't), or go somewhere where there is wifi and update there (coffee shop, McDonalds, public library, whatever you ave near you).
