What does Used com.samsung.android.app.smartcapture in my google activity?

Not sure what this could be.

That's (like the name implies) the screenshot tool used on Samsung phones. It can periodically download data for updates or to add file information like location, server date, weather, etc. Shouldn't be huge amounts of data, however.
