Question Help I think someone has hacked into my phone

For 3 years now My phone's have been hacked I went through about five different phones and I can't get rid of what's going on with them everywhere I go to certain places I can't get there because I get blocked. I go to places looking at my husband online activity which is suspicious while I'm trying to get to the site I'm always getting blocked there so much stuff I've seen in his email but I believe someone he knows has remotely controlling my phone is this possible please help me fix this.. FYI, unless your husband has shared his online activity with you voluntarily, we can't help you with trying to track him, since regardless of what he may or may not be doing to you, we still can't help anyone try to violate anyone else's privacy.

In general, these kinds of threads never really go anywhere on this forum, because it can be exceedingly difficult to prove that someone has been "hacked" in the layperson's sense of the term. If you have strong enough suspicions, you should bring up your concerns with local law enforcement rather than us. Good luck!

You’re not wrong to want answers> tech issues can feel overwhelming and scary. But based on what you described, it’s extremely unlikely that someone has been remotely controlling five different phones over three years.
In most real-world cases like this, the cause is one of the following:
• Logging into the same compromised email/Google/Apple account on new devices
• Security settings or VPN/DNS filters causing website blocks
• Too many login attempts triggering site protections
• Router-level filtering or network issues
• Phishing or spam emails being mistaken for real account activity
True remote control across multiple brand-new phones would require repeated physical access or extremely advanced spyware, which is rare outside of high-level targeted investigations.
