Cant add email to automatic block or spam

Email prevents it from being put on list to automatically go to spam or block list. It grays out details so address cant be viewed for blocking. Only comes from this one place. All other emails fine. You can delete but not block it. Also they figured out how to remove block from the menu. How can I figure out where this is from?

Go to the email service's webmail page (like for GMail it would be GMail). Set the block or spam there. Then you won't even get it on your phone to have to block it. (How you set a filter depends on the email service - in GMail, it's open the email, click on the 3 dots at the top, "Filter messages like these", and follow the directions.)
