Then install it from the Play Store.

Have you verified that Chrome is not in the app drawer? You'll either have an icon to pull that up or you just swipe up on the home screen to pull the the app drawer. If it's there and you want it back on your home screen, long-press the Chrome icon and then start dragging it to where you want it to be.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? When you bring up the Chrome page in the Play Store app, do you see an Install button or an Open button?

I will just add that if you are seeing an "Open" option in the play store that the app is installed on your device and depending on the device manufacturer, for example Samsung, if the app is in a folder the icon won't appear in the app drawer it appears inside of the folder in the app drawer. Earlier this evening I ran into the same thing looking for an app I thought I had. Meanwhile you can find the app by using the search feature in the app drawer, but you'll have to find the folder on your own.
