Android Central Question

So there were hundreds of pictures of a gray screen, there also a few pictures of her home screen but u can only see the the time and a few other parts, there were also pictures of ads she had ads for on some of her apps but never installed them, there were also pictures of people covered up by a shadow but u could see their highlighted eyes and also just eyes, there also pictures of her self in a file she never made called thumb and it was pictures of her that weren't downloaded to any files but in her camera roll. She allows 3 apps that are camera apps to access photos.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Depending on the phone and how its screenlock is set up, it might be relatively easy for the phone to turn on by accident on a pocket or a purse, and subsequently for the camera to be activated. That can account for the grey shots.

Random images could simply be cached images used by various apps -- these can show up in the Gallery app if the developer didn't properly add a file called .nomedia to the directory where those images are cached.

Do you know if all of these images are in the directory with the pathname /Pictures/Screenshots, or are you just seeing them all in the Gallery app?
