How do reset my child's LG Stylo 4 after google locked it?

I bought my child a new phone a week ago because he broke his other one. I accidentally put in the wrong email address, which shows he is under 13. Apparently google automatically sets up family link if your child is under 13. I realized my mistake, but he was not able to change the email on his phone because it was locked. It told him the admin, which is my husband, had to do it for him. My husband tried and tried from his phone, but it did not give him the option. My husband decided to just delete my child's email account hoping he would then be able to create a new one. Apparently google has locked his phone now. All he can do is make phone calls. There is no way to get in touch with google! I have been trying for days. We tried to recover that email address but google says it is unrecoverable. What do we do! This is so frustrating...

Go to a pc and log in to your Google main account. You can navigate around and solve your problem from there.
