Connection to internet issue

[Android Central Question]

In about phone my phone says ims not registered but have no issues making calls or texting, my problem is the connection to the internet, sometimes it works sometimes not,sometimes will say connected but will not be. Data is on,GB are there. What's wrong with my phone?
