how can I extract a file with .Ibf format , as a recovery file from backup.

Hi, every body, thank you for you answers. I tried to make backup from loosed data in my mobile phone, after backup, I took a file with .Ibf format. but my computer cannot open that, Do you know how is that possible, thank you.
