Pre Installed Microsoft apps

Why do Microsoft Word apps (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) appear on my Samsung J7 when I first opened it back in 2016? These apps are eating off my storage, and apparently they are pre installed.

Pre installed but you can uninstall

If you can't uninstall them, then go to Settings>Apps, select the apps, and Disable them. This will revert the apps to the factory version, which is typically smaller than the updated version, and will prevent them from opening into RAM.
