Can't upload images on LGK20

When I tap the upload photos button, nothing happens. This happens on every single website I go to.

This has been going on since I first got my phone and since then rebooted my phone hundreds of times and the problem still persists.

I can upload pictures to gmail and text messages, just not on websites.

Which browser do you use on your LG? It is possible that the browser has not been authorized to access the photos on your phone's memory.

Check it on Settings > Apps > Permission or similar path.
Alternatively, reset Settings.

Most websites (other than social media sites) don't allow users to upload anything, only to download. Only administrators can upload.
