Galaxy J2 Prime, I bought this is Smart Telecom (here in the Philippines), this is not in a lock-in plan. I did already these things:
1. Cleaning the cache and data of Google Play Store
2. Cleared the system cache using System Recovery (volume up key + home button + power button)
3. I already did Factory Reset
4. With that, I have enough storage
5. Internet connection is good
Please, help.
