Sounds like an issue with your contact's phone if everyone else gets the info. Need more info on the apps being uninstalled, what device, android version and the apps you refer to?

my profile picture and my last seen
On what site? Phones don't have "last seen"s. And a profile picture is probably something you uploaded to a site - and it disappeared. But without knowing the site, we can't even guess what happened. (Use @mustang7757's link to register, so you can post your answer here - a post like "xxx site" won't mean much to us if it's in a new conversation [guest posters can't post to existing conversations].)

    but everyone else can.
That would have something to do with the site.

Most sites have some way to get in touch with the people who run them - that may be your best bet.

Uninstalled? Or just missing from your home page? (If just missing from your home page, find the app in your app drawer, long-press it, then drag it to the home page.) If it actually got uninstalled, and you didn't do anything (and you never move apps to an SD card), there's something wrong with the phone, and you'll have to bring it to a repair shop. Apps don't just "get uninstalled" for no reason.

I'm guessing this is a Samsung as you can share a profile picture with other Samsung users via the contacts app.

It's possible for Google Play Protect to automatically uninstall apps if it determines they have malware. If that's the case, you need to stop pirating apps and stick to getting them from the Play store. Even if it means paying for them.
