The wps button is on your modem /router.
After pushing/resetting, open the phones settings, Connections, WiFi, and rediscover your modem /router. Good luck

WPS is very flawed service that router manufacturers concocted as a convenience measure. But it turned out to be something that should be avoided. Really, turn it off in your router or if there's no option to disable it outright, just don't use it. You should be striving to make your home network safer to use, not intentionally adding weak points to increase exposure to added exploits.
The WPS button is on the router, not on the phone. A good, recent router doesn't use WPS, because of the things in smvim's post. (If your router has the button, the phone will show a connection via WPS when you go to connect to the router.)
