How can I sort the app icons alphabetically on my Note 10+?

[Android Central Question]

The user manual says to use the menu in the finder at the top of the app page. Tap the menu, tap more options, then tap sort. My phone has more options but then the only option that shows up is locate app. Any help is truly appreciated. Thanks!

That's in the app drawer, tap 3 dots upper right corner

I go to the app drawer, see the three dots, go to settings but there is no where to sort.
