Beta programme issue. Can not download any app

How can I solve this
Am trying to down load WhatsApp but failing, when i read down, it tell me bet programme for the app is full

Beta programs are a way for developers to test their apps "in the wild" to a selected number of people. Once they have their selection no others can join. You will need to use the latest public version

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the WhatsApp page in the Play Store app, scroll down, and tap Leave Beta. Now wait for the stable version to install.
