Is it possible to make usb debugging still be on after factory reset ?

[Android Central Question]

This is kind of a weird question, but can you wipe all data from your phone while still having the usb debugging option on ? My galaxy S7's screen got broken, but I was able to access it through Vysor, and now i want to do factory reset to sell it, but I can't be sure it all went good if the usb debugging settings turns off and phone will no longer be accessible. I also won't be able to show that, apart from the screen, other components are intact

No you cant , always have to tap the build number 7 times .

Even just to connect a PC, you have to tap the "let this device connect" button.
