External Keyboard, language switch shortcut not working

[Android Central Question]

Hello

I have a Logitech Keys-to-Go Android/Windows used together with Android 8 devices (phone & tablet)

I cannot get the keyboard to respond to the language layout switch shortcut. I have GBoard with 4 languages installed and they can be switched with no problems on the screen keyboard.

But when I try the same on the physical keyboard, no way. Neither Shift+Ctrl nor Magnifying+Space or Shift+Space work. (BTW i have checked and the keyboard works on other devices, on Windows you can switch languages with the Shift+Alt shortcut)

I think it could be in the way the Android 8 settings work, I can't find a way to add a second keyboard there. But on former Android versions it seemed to work, taking over the screen keyboard settings.

I'd really appreciate any help.

I was going to suggest contacting Logitech for support but you've had the good sense to do that. That's probably your best bet.
