Im not able to use internet on my DZ09 smartwatch

Everytime I try to download the browser or WhatsApp IT says net busy how can I fix

Do you have your device close with you that's connected to the watch?

Welcome to Android Central! Or are you using the watch's own web connection? These kinds of cheap Chinese smartwatches aren't like Wear OS or Tizen watches -- they're typically standalone Android devices on a wrist strap, with their own SIM slot and their own data connection.

The watch has Bluetooth and 2G/3G. It has no WiFi connection, so if it's not connected to the phone, there's no internet connection. (And if it is, it's extremely slow. Use it for voice, text, pictures and time, not for web access.)
