I have unlimited data but can not access the internet

i have unlimited data on my zte blade z max through cricket service and cannot access the internet

Can you make and receive phone calls?
Can you send and receive plain text SMS messages?
Can you get to the internet using wifi?
Is your cellular data turned on?

If the answer is yes to all the above, you will probably need to contact customer service at Cricket.
