Youtube fullscreen not center

Hi, im haveing a problem with watching youtube on fullscreen in crome. I dont like useing the youtube app. But so when i go to a video in crome on youtube and hit full screen the video is cut on the top bottom and sides so im not seeing the whole video. How can i change it so its smaller and has rhose black bars on the sides? Galaxy s10
