I HAVE GOT A MOTOROLA MOTO G9 I AM A PAYG TESCO MOBILE BUT I DONT HAVE A DATA PACKAGE AS I AM NOT A BIG USER BUT THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS I CAN TEXT AND RECEIVE TEXTS BUT WHEN I TRY TO PHONE EVEN IN GOOD SIGNAL AREA IT SAY MOBILE NETWORK NOT AVAIABLE FOR VOICE CALLS WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ???? I AM NEW TO SMART PHONES I JUST NEED IT TO MAKE CALLS AND FOR THE CAMERA I HAVE SPENT ALL AFTERNOON JUST TOPPING UP WITH CREDIT

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get this phone from Tesco Mobile directly, or did you get it somewhere else and put a Tesco Mobile SIM card into it? Have you spoken to Tesco Mobile support yet?

i got the phone from amazon refurbished no i have'nt spoken to tesco yet it took me 2 weeks to get a replacment sim from them but since yesterday i have got 7 text messages so i'm wondering if it just a poor signal ,as we live in rural village and signal is not always good , i will take my phone out of village to see if i can get better signal if that doesn't work will call tesco
