Issues Enabling Hot Spot with Pixel 3

[Android Central Question]

Noticed I couldn't toggle on the hot spot on my pixel 3...
A call to ATT, my provider, sent me to top tier, who changed my IMEI#.
Still can't toggle on, and a search discovered other Android 10 users having the same
issue.

So, are you having the same issue? Have you found a workaround?

They can't change your IMEI # , if you can register here so we can get more info as a guest you can't .https://forums.androidcentral.com/showthread.php?t=409154
