Can you get malware from viewing gifs on Google Image?

Hi,

My device is samsung galaxy m20,bought it 3 months ago,and lately i've been sensing some strange behavior of my phone,such as :
-easy to heat(not burning),even though i'm only scrolling instagram,or scrolling youtube home.
-my phone runs slower,it's not smooth like it was before.
-my phone sent several messages at different numbers and time,and i didn't.Weren't sent to the addresses,though.

Before my phone shows all this symtomps,i remember viewing porn images and GIFs with Google Images (not in incognito mode),but one GIF was redirecting me to PH site,i immediately went out from the page and i don't remember clicking on it.Also,it wasn't the first time i did this,and before this happened,nothing suspicious happened.

I've used antiviruses and malwarebytes,neither one of them detected malicious thing.I have done factory reset too,nothing is different,and now i'm really scared

Is it possible to get any malware/virus from that?If so,how do you fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! No, just viewing a GIF shouldn't expose you to malware. Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-m20/safe-mode/
