Why is my ear piece not working in my phone?

It used to work on it....
For about 3 weeks now but it was working but now its now.
My phone is Tecno povuior 2.

Earpiece in the phone? Earphone external to the phone?

Welcome to Android Central! If you don't hear anything over the phone's earpiece, then try speakerphone. If that works, then the phone's earpiece speaker is probably faulty and needs to be replaced.

If you're talking about a separate earphone, then is it wired or Bluetooth?
