how do i log into my smartab after i reset it without logging into a google account?

I reset the smartab and it wont let me sign into a google account. It keeps making me sign into an account that was synced on the device previously and i dont know what account was signed in because somebody gave me the tablet.

Welcome to Android Central! If somebody gave you the tablet, then chances are the account belongs to that somebody, so get in touch with them. If that somebody doesn't know the account, then it's more likely the tablet is stolen -- and possession of stolen property is a crime itself, so if that's the case, bring the device to the local authorities and let them know about your concerns.
