Hello!
I have been using this tool "APKUpdater" to keep my apps up to date; it shows multiple updates for apps like "Android Setup" ; " Play services" ; "LTE Brodcast Manager" + others.

Is it fine to have these updated? is it reversible?

Thanks...

Personally, I wouldn't advise it, unless you can be 100% certain the apk source is reliable and clean. Which phone do you have, and why do you need this method to update system components?

I'll third B. Diddy's advice. I know some manufacturers allow updating their apps separate from an OS update via Google Play, but that's a trusted source and part of the phone's default abilities. It sounds like that APKupdater app was something you installed separately, and that can put your phone at risk of malware or bugs.

a lot of times android apps get purchased by others who may introduce malware, change permissions or whatever into the apk. IMO, just let google store do the updating. there is usually a good reason for an app not to be in the store.

I own a Nokia 9 device, running Latest version of Android

I'm following this method for the sake of staying always up to date, I love updates...
Kinda obsession

Note that I do recieve updates from the store just fine.

Thank you for the advices :)

It's from APK mirror, so I guess it's prettty safe?
