wifi disabled not able to connect to my phone

[Android Central Question]

in my device Moto G (5S) Plus wifi is disabled not able to connect to home network .it was alright till noon.unsure how to proceed

Have you tried restarting your phone? I presume you've tried enabling the WiFi?

does it work at other wifi locations? try a power cycle on your router. though other devices will work, it just might not be connecting to your phone. pull the plug, do not use the power button, for a 10 count. plug back in. if that does not work, try wiping the system cache.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that the wi-fi toggle is greyed out so that you can't even try turning it on? Or that the wi-fi is on, but it's not connecting to anything?
