Is there any official word about the "Review" devices that were supposed to be sent out to thirty people on this site? It seems kind of unfair that the phone is now released and they don't have anything!
More than just those thirty people are paying attention.

As far as I know of today that the Ac staff has sent a request for an update from asus yesterday and the last update said they will be sent out the week of the 18th

Thank you for your post. I have to say this has been a bit disheartening. Originally we were supposed to get the phones in early April to review them and now we are heading to the end of May and it doesn't sound like Asus is even answering AC. James must be hiding his frustration with Asus, because this project was his baby and he is certainly not getting the response he would like.

Well I got mine from AC and the NYC event. And I love it. It's my secondary phone right now as I have Verizon but I can tell you it's nice. I have a Sony Z3v and I like the ZenFone 2 a lot more. The Sony has 2 features however that make me lean it's way and that's QI charging and water resistance. But the front camera crushes the Sony and the rear isn't far off. Just wish I could find my Verizon micro Sim to try and see if I can get anything from it on the ZenFone. The speed of this phone is astounding. Again using a 3gb ram z3v to the 4gb zenfone 2 it's like night and day. A lot of comparisons of it to the s6 and the iPhone 6 are a little crazy but I will say I'd take this over my gfs iPhone 6 any day.

I did this on the fly and probably should do a proper review but it's only been 2 days so I'd like to give it more time. Especially if I can get it connected to VZW. Otherwise I'll use my z3v as person phone and hotspot and the zenfone as business/Google phone.

She's is referring to the 30 people who was supposed to get the zenfone 2 before launch to review it ...I'm glad you like it most people on the forum says its an awesome phone I hope we get ours soon
