Hey everyone, hoping someone can help out with this problem or at least confirm their phone does the same thing.
So whenever I get a voicemail it gets saved to the sim card. When this gets full I stop getting messages. I found this weird since any other android phone I've had doesn't do this. To delete the messages off the sim card I have to go into the stock text messages app settings to delete them, which means I can't use a different messaging app.
I called asus tech support and after an hour with them they told me that this is a "feature". Apparently the zenfone 3 saves voicemails to the sim card on purpose and this can't be changed.
Can anyone else confirm this is the case with their phone? Or if not does anyone know how to fix this?
