Can I stop Google snooping on a Blackberry Android phone?

I have a BlackBerry PRIV and keyone. If I factory wipe and not sign nor into Google. Are BlackBerry Apps going to create a wall of protection from Google accessing my contacts, my calendar, my phone calls, etc if all I use are BlackBerry Apps and save those data to locally on Sim card?? I use encrypted protonmail on its own app and use Signal encrypted text messaging too. I also use APKpure to get those APK and more. I also use Diaspora and not facebook.
