Data Roaming Issue

I am not sure if this can be answered prior to the release day or not, but thought I would give it a shot.

Does anyone know if the Droid Bionic has the same bug as the Droid 3 with regards to data roaming being kicked off?

I had the Droid 3 for about a week, and had to return it since the data roaming would just kick off every minute. I think this is a problem for just a few of us that live in rural areas. Just recently Moto accepted responsibility and said they were working on it. No fix has come out for the Droid 3 yet.

I have used the phone and have not experienced any of the Droid 3 data roaming issues. LOVING the bionic so far.
