How can I get rid of this Android cleanup app that I downloaded from Facebook?

I installed an android cleanup app this am advertised on facebook.

as soon as I did, my droid Razor HD froze. Im unable to use it. It shuts downs, restarts automatically then re freezes before it gets past Dual Core screen. what do I do??

Are you able to press the power button to power off, then long-press the Power Off Phone? option to get into Safe Mode?
