Help with price?

I am the owner of an OG Razr that I upgraded through Cellphonerepairshop to the Maxx's 3300 mAh battery. This is the 32 gb model.

My employer is supplying me with a new S3, so I really want to sell the Razr for some cash. Any idea for a price point for an eight-month old, excellent condition, Razr pseudo Maxx? Thank you!

I would maybe throw it in the $200 to $300 range. I think this phone is $600 out right, so cutting it in half might make it sell fast. Especially if someone is wanting to upgrade their device but don't want so they don't lose their unlimited data.
