Looking for some games for all the mentioned genres

I am on the look out for android games that fit the following descriptions:

Looking for a simulation game, that I can play at short bursts. Could be a city building or anything of that sort. How are Township and Towsnmen?

I did play Punch Club recently and it was addictive.

Please do not recommend clickers.

I am not a big fan of Clash of clans, but I like the fact that I don't have to continuously play it. And being an MMO, it doesn't eat up a lot of data. I tried other ones like Viking: War of clans, but it just didn't keep me hooked.

Also need Platformer: something along the lines of VVVVVV.

I recently downloaded township - and I am obsessed. It's nice because I can play as much or as little as I want in a given day. If I'm busy that day - no worries.
They do weekly regattas and challenges that keep you coming back for more.
Highly recommend.
