need help...

my phone storage is stuck on calculating...i was downloading a video and it stopped...i checked my internak sd space and it was remaining about 1gb...i can't open any app,music file and i can't acess my phone storage...what should i do????

Welcome to Android Central! What phone do you have? If we know which one, we might be able to tell you how to wipe the cache partition, which might clear up the problem.
