How do I disable audio talkback on my Vodafone smart 4 turbo?

how do i disable audio talkback on my vodafone smart 4 turbo

after logging in with my Vodafone Smart 4 turbo phone I accidently turned on the audio talkback button but now am unable to turn it off I have via my turbo tried to get the answer on there but all my phone keeps telling me is that the solution n is in Japanese do I want it translated I say yes the phone tells me its translated I then push the appropriate button I then get nothing back I am slowly loosing my patience pls help

It should be under Settings, Accessibility.

Accessibility settings also use two fingers on the touch screen it won't work with 1 finger gestures
