samsung galaxy s2 t989 caught in a loop....need help!!!!

my phone is caught in a restart loop, it will turn on and then get to the launcher screen and turn right off again and continue to just loop. I can get to the the downloading mode of the phone, but can't seem to do anything else, im not sure what i did, but i just rooted my phone and was trying out different things, all of a sudden this happens. PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO IT WOULD MUCH BE APPRECIATED.

I had this problem with my s2 and I forced to do factory reset. Be careful with what apps messing with root
