Sencor Element 7 v3

Hi all. Recently I bought a sencor element 7 v3 but it's with Android 4.0 and it drains the battery and since it has only 1.2 on it's processor it is pretty slow. I want to downgrade it a bit. If anyone could help me I'd appreciat it. Thanks for your time.
