Touch panel is broken, any way to copy the files from phone to system?

My touch panel is broken and not working. The device is booting up (ZTE Blade) since it is pattern locked i am not able to enter into phone or copy the files.

Is there any workaround?

No, not without having access to the touchscreen or being able to enable debugging on the device. By chance, are you rooted?
