I just bought a Samsung Galaxy s4 two days ago. In my data usage, it says there's an app called "remove apps" thats used almost 700 mb already! It wont let me disable it from there, and when I go to the app manager, I cant find it. Help!

New phone? Time to visit the store. (Mumble something about selling refurbed phones as new. Maybe words like "felony", "prison", "federal investigation".)

Used phone? Find the seller. Make nice - "let's settle this like men before we make our attorneys wealthy".

I think that's supposed to be "Removed Apps." My guess is that represents data used by apps that you have since uninstalled. Does that make sense?
